Human AI Doc Technologies LLC provides AI-powered clinical documentation and reasoning support tools for healthcare professionals. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Automated clinical documentation assistance
• Medical history intake and organization
• Clinical reasoning support and differential diagnosis suggestions
• SOAP note generation
• Evidence-based medical information retrieval

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time with reasonable notice.

To use our services, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You must be a licensed healthcare professional or authorized staff member to create an account. By registering, you represent and warrant that you have the legal authority to enter into these Terms.

You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• Use the services in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the services
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the services
• Transmit any malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized persons
• Use the services for any purpose other than professional clinical practice

Our services are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.

Access to our services requires a paid subscription. Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis as selected during registration. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

You authorize us to charge your designated payment method for all fees incurred. If payment fails, we may suspend or terminate your access to the services.

We reserve the right to change our fees with 30 days' advance notice. Continued use of the services after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new fees.

All content, software, algorithms, and technology used in our services are protected by intellectual property rights owned by Human AI Doc Technologies LLC or our licensors.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the services for your professional clinical purposes during your subscription term. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of our services
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices
• Use our services to develop competing products or services

Your use of our services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information and patient data. We are committed to compliance with applicable healthcare privacy laws, including HIPAA and GDPR.

You retain ownership of all patient data and clinical information entered into our services. We process this data solely to provide the services and as described in our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of our services complies with all applicable privacy laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you breach these Terms or if we reasonably believe your use poses a risk to the services, other users, or patient safety.

Upon termination, your right to access the services ceases immediately. We will provide a reasonable opportunity to export your data for 30 days after termination.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• Warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HUMAN AI DOC TECHNOLOGIES LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

Our total liability for all claims related to the services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Human AI Doc Technologies LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the services
• Your clinical decisions or patient care
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations
• Any claim that your use of the services infringed the rights of a third party

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the services shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Delaware.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the services at least 30 days before the changes take effect.

Continued use of the services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
